January and February always seem to be the slowest months of the year. The holidays are over, it's wet and cold, and everyone is longing for springtime. We haven't done much posting yet this year because not much has been going on. The 5 of us have been passing a cold back and forth for over 2 months now. Craig and I were sick at the same time, and the kids have all had it twice. A couple of weeks ago Joseph was pretty sick so we took him to the doctor and found out that he had RSV, bronchiolitis, and an ear infection. Poor baby! Despite how miserable he must have felt, he was still his happy little self. RSV can be pretty scary, but we were glad to hear that it was on the mild side and he wouldn't have to be hospitalized. He got over it quickly and is feeling great now. But on the downside, Kylee had a terrible cough for almost a week, and when she went to the doctor on Wednesday he said that now she has RSV. She has been a trooper, keeping track of when she has to do her breathing treatments and trying to rest, even though all she wants to do is run around and play. We were very blessed that none of us got seriously ill.

Craig is still looking for a job, which has been frustrating to say the least, but he's finally found a few potentially promising resources so we are keeping our fingers crossed.

The girls are doing well in school and are loving it. They have been sick a lot since Christmas, and they're bummed every time they have to miss school because of illness. I'm so glad they love school and we're so proud of them. They are both extremely smart.

Joseph has grown by leaps and bounds. He learned how to roll over in February, and last week he got his first tooth. His second one should be making an appearance any day now. Here is a picture of him in December. He looks so little to me! I can't believe the difference 3 months makes.
This is Craig and Joseph watching the Super Bowl together. Go Saints!
Here's me and my little buddy in January.
Sitting up in his Bumbo, early February.
This is my favorite picture - it's his teething face. Before his tooth came in, he would suck and chew on his bottom lip. He looks so funny and cute!
And finally, this one was taken about a week ago in my favorite shirt of his. It's an Easter shirt that says, "Mommy thinks I'm a chick magnet." Well, he is!

Annie, he is FREAKING CUTE! His chubby cheeks remind me of Brady. They sort of have the same hairline in the front too. Miss you guys!
